Shipping and returns
All jewelery is made to order and does not fall under the right of withdrawal act in the same way as products that are not made according to the customer's wishes. If you still feel that the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, you can always get in touch so that we can find a solution! Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons
If you want to exchange an item you have purchased, you can of course send it back to us, but we must have received it within 14 days.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Customized or personalized orders. Due to the nature of these items, I cannot accept exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. If they arrive damaged or defective, there will be no shipping costs for the buyer.
- goods on sale
- for hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of NOK 59 Register the return by email to eline@elinebang.no and you will be sent a return label. You can find the right of withdrawal form at the bottom of your order or at the bottom of the website.
RETURN OF PURCHASES VIA KLARNA
For orders with Klarna as payment method, you must log in to your Klarna account and register that you have sent a return. Klarna will then freeze your invoice until your return has been processed. For refunds, Klarna handles refunds.
COMPLAINT
If you have received an item that is damaged, or the item has been damaged during use, and you believe it is a complaint, please send us an email about this to eline@elinebang.no In the email, we want you to document the damage with photos, so that we can easily see whether this is a valid complaint or not.
